Claude, properly installed
across your business.

Mat comes onsite. Sits with your leaders. Figures out what’s slow, what’s repetitive, and what’s quietly costing you hours every week. Then builds Claude to handle it. The whole company runs lighter on the other side.

Mat Tower, founder of Tower Tech
Who this is for

You’ve got a team. They’re capable. They’re also drowning.

You don’t need an AI strategy deck. You need someone to sit with your CEO, your head of marketing, your ops lead and your sales team, work out exactly where Claude can do the boring 60 percent of their job, and then build it.

This is for businesses of five or more where:

  • Leaders are doing too much manual work and there’s no one to delegate it to
  • The same questions, reports, drafts and briefs get rebuilt every week
  • Someone’s already paying for Claude or ChatGPT and using it like a fancy search bar
  • You want one proper rollout, not five people figuring it out in their own way

If you’re a solo operator, the Foundations or Business Brain packages are the right starting point.

The honest version

Most company-wide AI rollouts don’t fail. They just quietly underperform.

Someone in leadership reads about Claude. Buys a team plan. Sends a Slack message saying "everyone should be using this." Three months later, two people love it, four people forgot about it, and nobody can point to what changed.

The problem isn’t the tool. The problem is that Claude out of the box doesn’t know your business, your brand, your systems or your people. It guesses. So everyone gets generic output, decides it’s not that useful, and goes back to doing things the hard way.

Set up properly, it’s a different product entirely.

The process

Four phases. Roughly four to six weeks. One proper outcome.

The whole thing runs Mon to Thurs (that’s when Mat works), with the install and workshop days scheduled around your team’s availability.

Phase 1

Day one onsite. Listen and diagnose.

Mat comes into your office and runs 45 to 60 minute sessions with each of your leaders. CEO, head of marketing, head of ops, sales lead, whoever’s running a function. The point isn’t to pitch them on AI. It’s to map exactly what they do, what slows them down, what they keep rebuilding, and what they’d hand off in a heartbeat if they could.

By the end of the day, you’ve got a clear picture of where Claude can make the biggest dent, function by function.

Phase 2

Build the skills and systems.

Mat goes away for two to three weeks and builds what your business actually needs. That looks different in every company, but usually includes:

  • Custom Claude skills for each leader’s repeat work (briefs, reports, pitches, recaps, drafts)
  • Brand voice, tone and messaging trained into Claude so the output sounds like your business
  • Connectors set up for the tools your team already uses (email, calendar, drive, project management, CRM)
  • SOPs translated into workflows Claude can run end to end
  • A shared structure so the whole company is working in the same Claude environment, not five different versions of it

You get progress updates through the build. Nothing’s installed in your environment until it’s ready.

Phase 3

Install day. We come back to you.

Mat returns onsite (or remote if that’s cleaner for your team) and installs the full setup into your company’s Claude. Skills, instructions, connectors, projects, the lot. By the end of the day, your business has a proper working Claude environment that actually knows how you operate.

Phase 4

Train your people to use it.

This is where most rollouts fall over. We don’t skip it.

Included:

  • One-on-one sessions with each leader, walking them through the tools built specifically for their role and how to actually use them day to day
  • A quick reference guide so they’re not relying on memory after we leave

Optional add-on:

  • A whole-of-organisation workshop (half day or full day) for the broader team, covering how to use Claude well, what to use it for, what to keep humans on, and how to get the most out of the tools that have been built into your business.

The leaders get the precision training. The wider team gets the cultural shift. Both matter.

The outcome

The work doesn’t disappear. The grind does.

Six weeks in, the difference is usually pretty obvious. Your marketing lead isn’t spending a day rewriting the same campaign brief. Your CEO isn’t drafting board updates from scratch. Sales aren’t manually researching every account. Ops aren’t rebuilding the same reports every Monday.

The team’s output goes up. The hours spent on the dull middle of every task come down. And the people you hired for their judgement, taste and relationships get to spend their time on the work that actually requires those things.

Why us

We run our own businesses on Claude. So we know what actually works.

Tower Tech runs on Claude. Her Empire Builder, Tina Tower’s seven-figure education business, runs on Claude. We’ve built, broken, rebuilt and refined the systems on real businesses with real customers and real revenue at stake.

This isn’t theory pulled from a Substack. It’s the same setup we use every day, adapted for your company.

Mat is hands-on for the entire engagement. You’re not handed off to a junior consultant after the sales call. He’s the person interviewing your team, building the systems, and running the training.

Pricing

Quoted per business. Honest about it.

The price depends on three things: how many leaders need bespoke setups, how complex your systems are, and whether you want the whole-organisation workshop included.

Once Mat’s had a call with you and understood the shape of your business, you get a fixed quote. No hourly billing, no surprise scope creep, no retainer you didn’t ask for.

If the right answer for you is a smaller engagement (or no engagement at all), that’s what we’ll say.

FAQ

Honest answers.

How long does the whole thing take, start to finish?

Usually four to six weeks. Phase 1 is a single day. Phase 2 is two to three weeks of building. Phase 3 is one day. Phase 4 is scheduled around your leaders’ diaries, usually across one to two weeks.

Does our team need to be on Claude Pro or Claude for Enterprise already?

Not yet. Part of the corporate call is working out which Claude plan suits your team size and security needs. If you’ve already got a plan, we work inside it.

What about data privacy and security?

Claude for Enterprise has the security posture most businesses need. We’ll talk through exactly what’s stored, what isn’t, and how your team should be using it before anything is installed.

Can you do this remote if we’re not in Sydney?

Yes. Onsite is preferred for the day one interviews and install day, but we’ve run the full engagement remotely for teams outside Australia. Mat will fly in if it makes sense for the project.

Do you offer ongoing support after install?

Yes, as a separate engagement. After your install, you can pick up a Tech Care Plan or a quarterly review so the systems keep up with how your business changes. We’ll talk through it on the call.

What if some of our leaders aren’t into AI?

Fair enough. The day one interviews are a soft sell, not a hard one. Most sceptics come around when they see how much of their dull work disappears. The ones who don’t aren’t forced into it.

Worth a conversation?

Fill in a few details about your business and team. Mat will read them, come back to you, and from there you’ll work out together if this is the right move and roughly what it costs.
