Mat is the person in the room for every single build. He leads every on-site Claude deployment, every team training session, and every VIP intensive.

Over the last four years, he has built custom back-office systems for coaches, speakers, consultants, and trade businesses across Australia, the US, and the UK. He specialises in eliminating manual bottlenecks for high-volume sectors, including local trade workshops, childcare centres, independent restaurants, and professional service firms.

Outside of this consultancy, Mat serves as the operations engine behind Her Empire Builder, the highly successful global business membership and education brand run by his wife, Tina Tower.
