In Person Days are a one-day (or two half-day) onsite build, either for your business alone or as a group day for a room of owners and their teams. Mat sets up and trains Claude live, on site, so everyone leaves already using it, not with a to-do list for later.
Corporate Setup is Tower Tech's rollout for teams of five or more. Mat spends a day interviewing your leaders, builds custom Claude skills for each function, then installs and trains the whole team, so Claude is wired into how your company actually works, not a generic tool everyone ignores after week one.
Tech Support covers ongoing help once your systems are live: a one-off Rescue Call for a single stuck problem, a VIP Day for a backlog of jobs, or a Care Plan (three tiers) for ongoing monthly hours and monitoring. Pick the level that matches how much backup you actually need.
